I'm a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Herbalist and mom of two. I've made it my mission over the last 4+ years to gain the education, experience and qualifications necessary to strategically put together holistic health and fitness programs for women, that result in life-changing transformations.


I love working with my clients on their own wellness journeys and seeing what fresh new possibilities, opportunities and perspectives they open up for themselves - just by making a commitment to their health and wellbeing.
